What is Agglomerated Activated Carbon Briquette?
Coal reagglomerated briquetted granular activated carbon is produced through coal blending technology, using a binder to reagglomerate coal powder, followed by carbonization and activation. Activated carbon parameters can be flexibly adjusted, and it features high methylene blue content, high molasses value, and high mechanical strength. Reagglomerated granular activated carbon is commonly used in food decolorization and water treatment industries.

How to Make Reagglomerated Activated Carbon?
1. Heycarbons blends coal according to customer requirements, using raw materials such as Ningxia anthracite, Shenmu Fugu coal, Xinjiang coal, employing the batching and automatic feeding system.
2. Afterthe coal is blended, it is transportedunderground to the grinding, mixer and briquettingmachine through the automatic feedingsystem. (the whole process of pipeline transportation, from raw materials to finished products, the whole process of products does not fall to the ground, and no impurities are mixed)
3. Mechanical pressing and molding, using the pressure gauge 18-25 of the hydraulic device and the main machine current 120-140 to control the strength of the briquette activated carbon. This is the secret of Heycarbons reaggregated briquette GAC to maintain high strength.
And then sieving, fine, broken return to reuse, after briquetting into the carbonization workshop.
The carbonization workshop uses an external heat-type closed oxygen-free high-efficiency energy-saving carbonization furnace. It uses the volatile flue gas generated by the coal itself during the carbonization process. It is sucked back into the furnace through this fan. In the carbonization furnace, the flue gas burns to generate heat again. Thereby saving the heat source cost, this is our patent.
4. After activation in SLEP furnace, the samples are crushed, screened, sampled, stored, and delivered in sequence.
