How Does Activated Carbon and Molecular Sieve Work?
Coal activated carbon has well-developed micropores and mesopores, stronger hydrophobic organic affinity, and π–π interactions with aromatic molecules, enabling it to efficiently adsorb medium and large molecules such as VOCs and benzene, as well as various organic odors (H2S, NH3, amines).
