Fixed Bed

Suitable for treating VOC waste gas with low concentration (<1000ppm) and medium air volume. The waste gas passes through the dehumidification section, adsorption section and desorption section in turn. The VOCs in the waste gas are intercepted by the activated carbon, and the purified gas meets the emission standards. After the activated carbon is saturated, it is regenerated by hot air or steam to release VOCs and restore the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon, thereby achieving continuous operation.

  • Advantages: The activated carbon participates in the adsorption process in a dynamic form, fully contacts with the waste gas, and has high purification efficiency.
  • Disadvantages: Large equipment investment, strict process control requirements, and relatively high operation and maintenance costs.

Honeycomb Rotor

Suitable for the treatment of VOC waste gas with high concentration and large air volume. The honeycomb activated carbon rotates slowly through the rotor, and contacts with the waste gas in countercurrent, and VOCs are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon. After the rotor is saturated with adsorption, microwave or electric heating is used for desorption, and the regenerated pyrolysis gas enters the RTO (catalytic combustion furnace) for incineration.
