Dean of the Institute-Wang Bo’s profile: He graduated from the School of Chemistry of Peking University in 2004, received a master’s degree from the University of Michigan in 2006, and received a doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2009. In September 2011, Wang Bo officially joined the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Beijing Institute of Technology and became the youngest professor and doctoral supervisor of the school. In October 2015, he served as the vice dean of the School of Chemistry of Beijing Institute of Technology. His main research directions are the design and synthesis of new functional porous materials, functional modification and application research, and he participated in the large-scale mass production of some materials, industrial performance evaluation and catalytic performance research.
